Great experience
This was our first car purchase in quite sometime. The staff at Brandfon Hyundai, especially Malcom , we’re amazing. Malcolm took the stress off our hands and made the entire process smooth and easy. Amazing buying experience!
From the moment we stepped into this dealer we were treated with respect. The entire process was dealt with transparency, we felt comfortable making the purchase because we were given all the details we requested. I needed the process to be seamless and that's exactly how it went. Rick (our sales person) was on the phone with me at any point I had a question and he answered it very quickly. I went in one day, saw the car and then we continued the process remotely until I was able to come back and get the car two days later. I'm a busy mom and Rick understood this so he went above and beyond to make sure all the paperwork was ready by the time I came back into the dealership to get the car. If you're looking to buy a car, no doubt this is the place you want to visit. The manager and staff were all very helpful as well.

Great customer service at this dealership. Rick Ledebrink was an awesome, Went to get a used car I saw online after all the paperwork they realised they didn't have the tittle and offered me a brand new car for the same monthly payments and term. Very satisfied!

As the majority of customers wonder, “how will I be taken advantage of this time?” when planning to purchase a car, and dredding the all-to-common experience to follow, Branfon has figured it out. Offer people the courtesy and the respect they deserve along with a fair and reasonable price up front and earn their business for years to come. It sounds so easy to achieve this, yet, so few dealerships succeed in the end. The only thing getting in the way: greed. Keep up the great work Branfon and know you have my strong recommendation.

Excellent buying experience!
Had a great experience buying our car. Immediately after walking in we were helped by a very friendly salesman who was polite and not at all pushy. Showed us multiple cars and explained things about them, rebates available, warranty, etc. After going to sign the paperwork it went effortlessly and efficiently. This is our 2nd Hyundai and we will be back for all our service and if/whenever we need another one!

This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased with Hyundai and have experienced few problems with these automobiles.
I like that Hyundai has a variety of priced cars so I didn't have to settle for the least expensive. Also like the warranty package. Its a huge incentive.
