First Oil Change
I was in and out in an hour. Found floor mats in your parts department for my Tucson and they were installed for me. There was a very nice waiting area with tables, cushy chairs and TV's with snacks and water or pop. Which made waiting for me car to go by fast.

Friendly staff and service provided as promised.
I had my first oil change and issue with cold engine performance. This is my second new Hyundai from this dealership and have experienced great service and response to previous issues. This time I was not satisfied with their explanation to a cold vs warm performance issue and will do additional research on my own to try and figure out the cause. Since it is getting warmer out the issue resolves itself quickly, but in winter (I purchased a 2017 Tucson with a turbo the end of December) it would take a long time to warm up. I am sure if a cause is found they will correct it quickly and under the lifetime warranty that came with the car.

Good cars, decent price, good service
Suggestion: can you bring your clients who are buying cars into a room or area separate from the waiting area for customers who are getting their cars serviced? It's kind of uncomfortable to listen to the sales staff and the new customer negotiate prices and payments of cars and I'd rather not hear all this personal information while I'm waiting for my oil change. :)
