Close to perfect but...

Tire was replaced at no cost to me but required my visit to a Discount Tire dealer before Hyundai dealer took ownership of the issue. Not a major issue but could have been a perfect experience.

Friendly, courteous service. Nice waiting room with TV and amenities. And I have to applaud one of the staff members, Travis, because he does an amazing job...provides excellent service, professional and friendly. Not everyone there looks like they're glad to be there, and I don't blame them, but Travis really stands out.

I had an oil change booked and woke up sick, these guys didn't hesitate to allow me to reschedule; and on the date of my new appointment I woke up sick again (ah, the glamorous stay-at-home-mom life)... And yet again, these guys were understanding and helpful and let me reschedule. I would not take my car anywhere else for an oil change, thank you for treating your customers with respect:)
