Another Excellent experience at Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett

Bringing my car in for a service/oil change is always such a positive experience at Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They are honest and always try to find you the best deal. They do not take advantage or try to force un-needed parts or service on you. They have a very comfortable waiting area with free drinks and treats. They even vacuum your car out once the service is complete. I am so grateful that I chose to buy from them, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Tires

Approximately 2 weeks after my maintenance was completed a low tire indication light came on. Since it was too late to contact you that day and I had to drive 150 miles that evening I took my car to Costco tires to have my tire pressure checked. The tire technician told me that all 4 tires were at 23 to 25 pounds and should be at 33 pounds and filled them properly. It seemed odd to me that this happened and that all 4 tires were inflated with the same amount of air.

Excellent Customer Service!!

I made an appointment online thru their website to have my 2017 Tucson serviced for it's 15,000 mile check. I arrived on time and they were ready to take my car in. They qouted me a price for the service and when they finished the price was lower than qouted. I bought this car from them before Lee Johnson took ownership of this dealership and I have not been disappointed at anytime since, even thru the ownership change. The staff is always friendly and helpful no matter who you are dealing with, from the parts dept to the service dept to the sales dept. They are what the dealership to go to when you need another car or just to have your car serviced.
