Best Service in Western Washington
When my Hyundai Sonata, with only 31K miles, broke down I called the dealer I purchased the vehicle from (Dougs in Lynnwood). Lynnwood Hyundai service was rude, hurried and tried telling me I didn't have a warranty since I bought a previously leased vehicle, and even if I did have a warranty, the problem wouldn't be covered under warranty. Had my car towed to Lee Johnson and I can't even begin to describe the difference. They were fast to explain the warranty, how this particular issue was covered and why, and what the process and timeline would be for the repair. They stayed in touch throughout the process and were always professional and kind. I was so pleased, I asked them to do the 30K service on the vehicle while they had it in there. I'm kicking myself for not buying from them in the first place.

The people who work there.
I only have one complaint and that is that they looked at my cabin air filter and said it looked like a mouse made a nest in it. No offer or suggestion to replace it until i was paying. I had my husband look at it when I got home and there were leaves and chewed up filter, i have a picture, but it wasn't even dumped out...that's so strange that it would just be left like that. Had someone asked me I would have said to just replace it. Same as my third brake light, it was mentioned in the notes that it was out but no offer to replace. Normally these are both things they offer to take care of during my oil change so i was surprised when there were notes about it on my invoice but no offer to take care of them.
