I love that the service department is always open when its convenient for me. I sometimes dont get off work till late at night and they are open till 9.

An overall pleasant experience
Quick service and decent communication. Four stars because I had to tell both the service rep. and the cashier about the discount I received for scheduling my appointment online.

They always do things in a most helpful, thorough, and in professional manner.
I came in to have a factory adjustment made on our Sonata. It was done in the promised amount of time. I was not there for anything else, but they treated me as though they cared and wanted to make sure my needs were met! Thanks to everyone at Murdock.

Poor/lack of consistent honest communication
I don’t know when I’m being heard and if the service I request is actually being done. Every person in the entry area tells me something different.

What can you ask from a Service Department? That they know what they are doing, they are quick about it and they are friendly. Murdock Hyumdai gets top grades in all categories.
