1st time maintenance in 2022 Tucson
Having 3yrs of maintenance included is a wonderful perk. It was fairly easy to schedule in the Hyundai app. My only suggestion is to drop off the car instead of waiting.

I'm sorry that you didn't have a not so great experience on your last visit, I will speak to your service advisor about this to see what was the hold up and why it took this long for your services to be complete.  I'm glad that you brought this to my attention, because this is not what we want our customers to experience, we want our customers to feel welcomed and at home.  I apologize again, and I can't stress how much customer satisfaction means to me and our owner.  Please, if I can do anything to make your experience better, don't hesitate to contact me, I know I can't give you your time back, but I willing to do what it take to make this right for you.

Great Place To Get Your Car Serviced
I have been going to this facility for about 2 years now. I wouldn't trust my ride would any other service department than Hub Hyundai. The waiting area is always clean with comfy seats. There are stocked water in the fridge and hot coffee . The bathroom is clean and their wifi is great. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Recall Service
This service call was to take care of a recall issue regarding programming. I referred to it as needing to change out the blinker fluid to correct a turn signal issue. The car was accepted on time, and was worked on for the time I was told. The issue was taken care of well and I left a happy camper.

Fairly smooth maintenance experience overall
Having scheduled a routine oil change and recall assessment, the expected wait time was at least a couple of hours. It was surprising to learn how long the visit had actually taken when an update arrived about additional recalls being assessed and acted upon. The overall effort was appreciated even if the confinement to the waiting area was lengthier … the service staff were also very thorough with explanations and other details, after-the-fact.
