terrible customer service
When we first bought our car everyone at hyundai was great, now the service has gotten worse. Instead of fixing a faulty steering wheel, the manager just wants to blame the customer for the issue, that way it isn't covered under warranty. ...of course

Friendly, fast service
Car had hand prints all over the window. They forgot to fix the headlight... Car still had patches of dirt on it BUT the service was fast, they were friendly and I had my car back in a little over an hour.
