Correction of proper service procedures
Service personnel failed to notify on service required. After speaking to the Service Manager, the problem was corrected the following day. The response to the problem was fast and applicable to the problem. The procedure of notification on problems has been corrected per the service manager. THIS IS WHAT KEEPS CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Courteous and professional service
I am very impressed with the dealership overall, and particularly with my experience dealing with the service department. The manager addressed each of my concerns, which included potentially serious issues for my car. It now drives and feels like it did as a new car. This is my new dealership and service department of choice.
