Our buying experience with Shane was excellent. We were able to get the exact car that we wanted and we are super happy with our IONIQ 5 SEL. Even though this is a brand new EV, Shane was very knowledgeable when it came to the technology and features of the vehicle. It was a great, no pressure buying experience. After searching many makes and models for what I was looking for, a 2021 Tucson popped up on my phone in an add for Venice Hyundai, I called about the Tucson with questions and Shane answered the phone right before closing and answered all my questions, I then set a time for the next day for a test drive...wow have cars changed in the last 12 years...all the new bells and whistles! Shane was able to explain it all to me due to the fact he owns a Tucson. It was suppose to be a rainy day, it wasn't and they were selling cars that day like crazy with one loan guy...the wait was looking long and they allowed us to take the vehicle home and return in the morning to close the deal, now that's customer service. The car had a slight scratch on it that just needed buffed out and the service department took care of it quickly...so far, my experience at Venice Hyundai has been a pleasant one...thanks again Shane!
