I had to sign up for the APEX that I really didn't need it.
They said that APEX cancelation would be available within 30 days, but it was not. So, I couldn't cancel the APEX. After paying the $2,000 tuition fee, I learned that I had to read and sign each line carefully when I signed the contract, not just believe the dealer's words.
The Hyundai car itself that I bought is very satisfying. However, if Hyundai Motor wants to become a global company, it needs innovation in dealer shop operation.

Love the cat. But insist on a buyers order
Indiana was great to deal with. We insisted we did not want any of the products that they added to the price that was not listed on an addendum on the window. Also make sure you get a buyers order whether it is a retail or a lease to see exactly what you are paying for.

Professional and straightforward.
I was treated with the upmost respect by all those who I encountered. There was no back-and-forth, haggling over prices, pretending to present it to the sales manager when all along you have the ability to lower the price.

I stated my budget and what I was looking for, what would meet my needs, what would fit my circumstances and they work within those parameters.
I trust them because I believe that honesty and integrity is part of their core values and they make every effort to uphold those values.
