The People
The Hyundai dealership on southside is closer to me and a more modern facility...unfortunately the people who work on the service department are rude and condescending...the staff at Hyundai of St Augustine are the total opposite and couldn't be more helpful. I will drive further because of that.

Very friendly and professional! I love that I'm greeted right away. Service is done as expected. I loved that they wash and vacuum my car each visit. They keep my updated with all my recalls.

My sincere apologies for the experience you had with my service department and I appreciate you providing that feedback.  While your experience is uncharacteristic of the level of service we provide, it looks like in this case we definitely missed the mark.  My service director, Joe King, will be reaching out to you when he returns to the office on Monday to learn more about your concerns so he can improve our process and guest service skills, but I wanted to reach out to you as soon as possible to let you know that as a gesture of goodwill, I will be issuing you a $50 online pre-paid Visa gift card to your email on file.  While this in no way corrects the situation, it is the least I can do to compensate you for your time and inconvenience on your visit to Hyundai of St. Augustine.  Once again, my sincere apologies and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

It was a "no brainer." I arrived on time, they took my vehicle to the service bay, changed my oil and filter, and downloaded firmware required for smoother transmission gear changes. I was in and out in less than an hour.

We are extremely happy with our experience at Hyundai of St. Augustine, beginning with our purchase of our Hyundai Santa Fe, continuing on with the vehicle servicing. All of the personnel working there are very professional, courteous and will go out of their way to take care of the customer. I might also add that we are so pleased with our Santa Fe, using it as our main vehicle to travel all over the country for months at a time. It is very comfortable and carries a ton of our gear, along with our Aussiedoodle, who takes up half of the back seat. We recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine to everyone we meet and will certainly use them again to purchase our next Hyundai.
