I had no appt. but could not remove my key from the ignition. I was given a shuttle ride home and returned. My car was repaired and I received excellent care as did I!! Thanks so much

The car was brought in for tire pressure light on and Roger your service representative was attentive to our concerns. He took our car right back for service, he had it done in very little time. He said he would see us on the next visit, I wasn't sure when that should be, so he took the time to investigate and notice we were actually do for a service, which he gave us the option of setting a time at a later date or having it done that day, so we had it done that day, He again had the service completed earlier than the time frame he quoted us. We really love seeing Roger when we come in for service, he is so professional and really a caring person. He is a asset to Hyundai.

Cheryl Buck is the Genesis service advisor BOMB. She is what a perfect advisor should be. Professional, courteous, customer focused and friendly.

Always get straight talk
