I wish the issue with the car is resolved. Three times went back to the dealership to have the problem corrected and still was not.

Hyundai employees our friendly and make you comfortable.
Jose explained to me what to expect from a Hyundai . He listen to what I wanted in a car. I was introduced to a Tucson Knight and bought the car. Jose is still their to answer any questions I still may have about the Tucson. Roger , in maintenance , goes out of his way to explain what maintenance is needed , what to expect from the appointment ( time element or recall fixes). He is concerned about the customer being comfortable and happy with the service. if you wish to increase your return maintenance , you should have a print out with the bill . The print out should explain what will be needed at the next maintenance appointment. The employee who calls the customer or the customer will know what to schedule for the next appointment.
