Purchasing a vehicle at Rt Hyundai was overall a pleasant experience. Although the inventory was very limited due to Covid and supply chain issues, the sales staff were very accommodating and helpful trying to locate and secure the make and model you’re looking for. The whole process of acquiring the vehicle from the purchase paperwork to setting up and explaining the various functions of the car was well provided by dealer staff. The car was delivered in as new condition, as it should, and I received it with the knowledge of most of all the various functions and systems. I left the dealership happy with my purchase and a good overall feeling for the dealership.

This dealership is taking over two weeks to get my registration done the 1.9% that was promised for qualified buyer is a fake my credit score is above 100 although the percentage rate that was given to me was above 5%

No negotiation over the MSRP price.
Sales manger didn't want to negotiate the MSRP price. When I drove car home and opened the hood inside was very dirty, full of pollen and without windshield washer liquid.
