The staff was very unprofessional. I did not like the way I was talked to. I was not notified that the work was not completed on my vehicle and it would take longer than what was initially said. I have had numerous bad experiences at this dealership.

Service department is extremely slow. The technician installed my cabin filter incorrectly and introduced new issues. The Service Department refused to return calls. I had to manually fix the vehicle myself, which is unacceptable. Upon return of my vehicle, I was presented another customer's key FOB which. Which is a safety concern and has the potential to lead to vehicle theft. With so many Hyundai dealers in Atlanta, I recommend you find another dealer for service.
