Horrible experience
These guys are the worst. My car was not fixed the first time, and it’s been a battle for 2 weeks.

Poor customer service
This is not a dealership that takes any pride in customer service or their reputation. Our purchase of a new vehicle started out as an overall good experience. When it came time to sign the purchase agreement items that were included in the purchase price had been added to the contract…the air conditioning excise tax$100 and tire duty $32.50…. Read the offer details before you sign anything. AFTER 4 weeks, (see pictures) we are still waiting for the dealership to provide the advertised gas savings deal. We have made repeated calls, sent emails and texts only to be given excuses as to why we haven’t received it. Then emails with the typical “it’s in the mail” aptitude. Don’t expect this dealership to honour any promotions.

Even though I made an appointment, I still waited over an hour. They usually do a good job, but missed the mark this time.

Not good.
I work for Lancaster Auto Body in Lancaster, WI...we ordered a rear bumper priced at $585 from these guys. Part was mistakenly shipped to Iowa before we received it a week later. When it finally arrived, it was damaged. We took pictures right away and sent them to Remington so they were aware of the damage. We returned the entire bumper to them expecting a full refund but was only credited $385 instead of $585. This transaction for the $385 credit took place Aug. 15, 2021. My boss Dave talked to Kristian about the money we were shorted and he reassured us we would get a full refund. We followed up with copies of the original invoices and several messages to no avail. I've attempted to contact Bob Remington by email several times and he hasn't even acknowledged receiving them. This is now 7 months later and still nothing....mmmmm...

This is now 9 months and still haven't received the promised refund. I feel they aren't living up to the quality of a family business...embarrassing to the family.

Wasn't the best
Had what I was looking for ~ a plus BUT.... Quoted me 1 price. Different employee quoted me a more expensive price and wouldn't look at the other quote.

I'm from Ohio. I was looking for a radio. Ultimately I received the wrong radio for whatever reason. I ordered it incorrectly perhaps. Not happy
We traded in a 2016 Tacoma for a 2020 Toyota, paid their price, get home notice no spare tire & the bracket was cut off. Spent $800 for tire/ bracket & several weeks later I receive a check for $ 200 great no explanation so deposited 2 days later my bank says this check was stopped WTH I had repeatedly called 10x you can never talk to anyone but sales/ service. All I wanted was explanation from Annie ABENETH what this was for. I even sent a registered letter that was signed for. The follow up on consumer educate Sucks won’t purchase again. Or even recommend to anyone looking for Toyota”s

Slow slow slow
Maybe I am out of line here, but at a quick lube kind of place you would expect a quick oil change. Took over an hour and a half, and I was late back to work as I expected to be able to get an oil change on my lunch break. My car is still running, so I guess that's good. I won't be back.

Awesome service!
It can't get any more convenient than this to get an oil change, they also make sure to check your air filter and your windshield wiper fluid. Would highly recommend!

Do not trust
I went to trade my car in at a reputable car dealer and I was told that my trade was 3,000.00 $ less because it was involved in 2 previous accidents. I knew nothing about any accidents as I was told upon the original purchase that the carfax was a clean report. Do NOT TRUST Bridgeland or Candy cars. The reputable dealership told me they have heard of this before from Candy cars and Bridgeland. This is common practice by them!!!

He worked with me and answered all of my millions of questions to make sure that the car was a good fit for me and my budget! My parents both worked with Kevin in the past and it was great to work with him myself! Highly recommend and will be going back to him with all do my car needs!

Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend.
I was less than pleased with they way they spoke with me, like I was lucky to take my car there. They need some training in the basics of customer service.
