Amazing service
It was my first visit as I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was grateful that they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. They found another issue with my vehicle and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule to fix the issue the same week. Thank you so much and thanks Robb for your great customer service

New used car repairs quickly diagnosed
My daughter received a car from family member. It made a lot of noise including what sounded like bad brakes. I called Veryl’s and they said to bring it in. I spoke to Robb about the noises I was hearing and he and the team walked me through what it could be. The next day he texted me to discuss their findings and to confirm I wanted to proceed. They fixed the car quickly, and Robb was so helpful communicating and explaining the issues. And the pricing was very good. I appreciate the care and consideration they took in fixing the car. They are an amazing team and I highly recommend working with Robb, he was amazing!

Best Garage Around
I love having Veryls in our neighborhood to work on our cars. Because they are a family business, they know what it means to treat their customers like family. They don’t overcharge, they don’t recommend things that I don’t need and when I needed advice about what my next car should be, they were honest and recommended a low maintenance vehicle that is reliable and of good quality.

Last minute car service needed
Veryl’s is a hidden gem in South Hadley. Recently I had an issue with my car, prior to this issue I had only brought my car to them once for new breaks. Without even asking my name or if I had been there before, they had me explain what was happening with my car and just told me to drop it off assuring me that they would fit me in. When I got to the parking lot it was packed with cars, knowing that they were at their limit I was so grateful that they still took my car. They initially quoted me a couple of days before I’d have my car back, they had it done early !!! Everyone is so pleasant there and I will continue to visit them for all of my car needs ( hopefully not too often).
