Terrible customer service
NO spare tire in a brand new vehicle, no temporary spare. Nothing, and no disclosure to that effect. Add to that they do not repair flats so you are forced to purchase a brand new tire.

Great Customer Service & Quality Care
I've now had my Elantra GT for a year, and I not only love my car, I love the fact that I can take it to the dealership for maintenance any day of the week and expect great service. Folks are always warm and friendly, and while they're admittedly not great car-washers, as an add-on for standard services such as oil change, I'm fine.

In case management reads this: Hyundai really ought to consider updating the interior of the dealership, especially the "owner's lounge" or waiting area to reflect the standard and quality of the brand, which is only getting better. Walking into this dealership isn't exactly an "experience" that higher-end consumers might be wanting, such as those who might consider the Equus or even just the Genesis. It's a shame because these cars rival the luxury brands, and presentation matters. It's not READING quality. I really enjoyed the LA Car Show owner's lounge, would love to feel the same about my dealership.
