200,000 mile warranty is aproblem
The free warranty after 100,000 miles for new car owners is very hard to get based on all the services you must get every 4000 miles according to a post sale contract mailed to me.

Slow service and overcharged
I had an appt at 2pm and dropped my car off earlier (11am) in case they had time to complete the service early. I called at 3pm to see the progress of the service. They called back shortly after and said it should be finished in next 5-10min. Once I got to the dealership I waited an additional hour before getting my car back when it was a simple oil change and tire rotation. Also when I made the appt online I selected a 39.99 oil change and I ended up paying for a $70 oil change. I think they try to take advantage because I'm female. Overall, service was horrible. An oil change and tire rotation should not take nearly 3 hours from my scheduled appt. what's the point of even making an appt then?

Prompt and thorough service.

Poor customer service
My car was damaged during the service and they did a poor job fixing it. One personnel even stated "You can be lucky that we told you about the damage and are willing to fix it." This is very poor customer service and is unacceptable!

Knowledgeable and honest service advisors who ensure high quality maintenance for a high quality automobile.
Paul Namiec, a service advisor provided exceptional advice with regard to our concerns. We were primarily concerned about the alignment of the front end of our Sonata Sport. Not only did Paul address the alignment issue, but also recommended a better, more economical service package which not only included the alignment of all four wheels, but also tire rotation, replacement of air filters, an oil change, etc. Since we were visiting the area from out of state, we were relieved to work with a service advisor who was friendly, honest and furnished sound advice. And, as a result, high quality auto care was provided. We are very pleased with how our Sonata Sport runs so smoothly on the open road. We were driving a long distance, so we needed reliability and we received it. We also appreciated the shuttle service which was offered. Greg , the driver, was terrific. High marks for Tamiami Hyundai!
