The dealership is close to home and the service is excellant
I had to bring the car in to the dealership because my battery had a bad cell and I was having trouble starting the car. It was still under warranty. I was told there were a couple of recalls on the car which I never received any notices. a new battery was put in and the recalls were fixed. Paul took care of me with excellent service.

I come here for service on a regular basis and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would go nowhere else to have my car checked. Everything explained concisely.

Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, offered water
and snacks, quiet room. Accompanied me to different locations.
Escorted me to my car when leaving. Also made sure that I could navigate
properly to exit.

Purchased my car at O'Brien Hyundai, all personal at O'Brien, Sales, Management and Service were obnoxious. I will never return to the O'Brien dealership and this is the second auto I purchased from them. Tactics completely changed from first car to second. Tamiami offers a much calmer environment.

Staff Review
Staff is always very courteous, but this time I felt like I expected a 2 hour wait and turned out to be 2 hours & 45 minutes . Yes I had two recalls to do. One with seat belts and the other they said was the engine . thats a long time and I live 15 miles away so I was not on the list for returning home and no ride which is understandable

Terrible service.
After this visit, I am now getting not as good gas mileage and I'm not sure why. I take a drive up to Gainesville every couple of week and I usually get 44 mpg but my last trip after this service appointment, I got only 36 mpg. Why would that be?

Transmission service
Had my transmission serviced with an appointment. Happy with their service in that issue. They advised my battery was"bad". My battery is 10 months old. Had the battery checked where I bought it...passed in all aspects. I don't think the service tech at Hyundai was 100% honest.
