Quick and easy
Went in for my first scheduled service for oil change on my 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe...
In and out quick and easy...
Only thing would have been better is if first service was complimentary which I have experienced with other dealerships for cars I've owned. Person scheduling said that some Hyundai dealers do but not this particular one. Had just received a coupon in mail for discount so saved some money this visit.

Very Poor Communications
For an 11am appointment, the service was strung out, hour by hour until almost 5pm. Was told it was because I had multiple issues and only one person is assigned per car. Was not told in advance.

Always a pleasure!
It's always a pleasure visiting Tamiami Hyundai - they turn a mundane task into something enjoyable. The staff here are friendly and approachable and explain everything in detail (which is especially useful for someone like me who knows nothing about cars!). I never feel intimidated or like I'm being ripped off when I visit this garage. Highly recommend!

Tamiami Hyundai yes, Excellent service. Not for the Road Service Division! See comments below
This 5 star review covers Tamiami Hyundai dealership. Tamiami Hyundai dealership has always given me excellent service. I am very grateful to the mechanic who serviced my blown out tires and especially my deepest thanks to Christian in the service and parts department for all the help that he always provides and did provide this time to make everything work out for the good of my situation. However, my experience with the Road Service (800 number) was a total disaster. Except, I want to give credit and my thanks to the last girl at the Road Service (I’m sorry that I can’t remember her name) who at the last minute took care of the problem to get a tow truck immediately to where I was stuck for 4 hrs with 2 flat tires. She was prompt and efficient who spoke to her supervisor and a tow truck arrived in 1/2 hr. The Road Service that I received before she contacted me was a chaos! First of all you call their 800 number thinking you’ll be connected to a human being... WRONG! It’s NOT possible. Everything is through prompts and it was impossible to get through. I had to look for someone to help me and the guy couldn’t even do it either. Finally we had to call Tamiami Hyundai dealership for help and they helped us. I waited 4 hours for a tow truck to arrive, in the heat, rain, humidity and all stressed out due to the waiting. It was an unbelievable horrible total disgrace. Finally I was able to speak to this last girl (mentioned above) and thank God she took care of the problem. (I’m sorry that I can’t remember her name) she was prompt and efficient and super kind who spoke to her supervisor and they dispatched a truck in 1/2 hr. I give the Road Service Division 0 stars. They need to change their system. If they call you, you can’t call them back because the number they use it’s only for outgoing calls. I ONLY AND ONLY RECOMMEND TAMIAMI HYUNDAI BUSINESS at Airport Pulling Road in Naples, BUT NOT THE 800 ROAD SERVICE DIVISION.
