Best Dealership Ever!!

After an extremely difficult and disappointing experience at another dealership, I brought my car to Westside Hyundai and had the best experience I've ever had. The staff, the workmanship, the interactions on every level was exceptional! Don't bother going anywhere else - the Service Team at Westside is the BEST!!

Helped me when I needed it the most.

I was driving in the highway when my engine died. My car was towed to Westside Hyundai. The next morning, my service advisor had already started working in getting me a rental. Service was exceptional!

I’ve been dealing with Westside Hyundai a long while (years ) and I’ve had some horrible service but again I will like to commend Mr Joe and the new team he has now. They are making this place much better …Mrs Pat has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL a pleasure to work with and the best service advisor !! Still working through some kinks but she’s always very assuring and makes sure she goes 100 for her clients!! She’s the Best and because of her & Mr Joe and his new staff I’ll continue to go there!! PS ..I wanted the rating to be a 10 but I tapped on wrong thing by accident that needs to be corrected where u can change ur response. I rate them a 10

they took care of all my service needs that my warranty took care of and the family plan was done promptly what i ask for in reasonable time see in I travel far to come there and even did the camera recall same day great service and the lady Pat Conrad took care of all my needs she is very efficient employer and knows her job very well thanks pat. I will ask for you ever time i come 5 star rating

As I have said three times you didn't diagnose the problem right you wanted me to spend $900 to take a guess at what might be wrong I had it for $179 the next day

Questionable communication and had to come back.

I came in for recall. No public restrooms. Building was under construction. Waited in the lobby where sales is for almost 3 hours. left after vehicle was done. Engine light came on. Keep in mind it is new. 2021 kona. 8k miles. Lost some power while driving and harder shifting. They didn't plug in knock sensor. Not sure if it is worth coming back cary often. The service advisor had to find vehicle both times. The service advisor was great and explained everything well.
