Clean customer area also free donuts, coffee, tea and water.
Mario was busy when I drove in and some other polite and nice gentleman helped me with the car.
I was treated promptly and politely.
The car was ready when I was told it would be.
Everyone is nice and friendly there and I am always treated as I felt that I should.

I arrived to my 1:30pm appointment and was greeted by a gentleman who told me where to park (did not catch his name). After that, Mario came outside and was extremely courteous and although there were many cars waiting, did not make me feel rushed at all. While waiting in the repair room, Mario made sure to check on me often and give me a status update whenever he could. He explained throughout exactly what was being done. Thank you Mario for making me feel less like a customer and more like a guest. I will always return to this location.

I appreciate that everything went smoothly from the time I arrived for my appointment Mario Macias went over what was going to be done and explained everything I needed to know. He did a very good job and gave me confidence that my car would continue to run well. Also want to say thank you to Jason Burnham, certified tech. I know my car was in good hands because I knew that he would take care of my car as if it was his own car. And a final thumbs up to the person responsible for washing my car. I was very surprised that the car wash was not just the typical running the car through a wash but instead it felt like my car had been detailed... especially the inside of the windows. Great job from all your employees. Thank you.

Again, just the BEST service. Asked Mario Macias about checking a tire that wouldn't stay inflated, in addition to the usual oil and filter change and the "Auto Butler." Fixed the tire at no additional cost AND got me a nice discount for the oil/filter change as well as a discount on the recommended replacement air filter. What can I say? I'll always buy and service my Hyundai's at Earhardt's.
