Excellent Customer Service
Took vehicle in for a recall (software update) and we were made to feel as welcome as if we were spending money. However, a car wash was mentioned more than once but was not done. Was not a big deal as we were not 'a paying customer' on that day but since it was promised, we felt a little let down. Do not think our service agent knew it had not been done.

Timely service
The service was good and timely. I did receive one text that did not show I had ordered tire rotation, so I called to be sure that would be done. Also, I received a text that my front brakes pads should be replaced and surface brake work needed to be done for a total of $250.00. With only 18,000 miles on the car I didn't think this was correct. When I picked up the car a service person got the check list out and of course it did not note anything regarding my brakes. How do these texts get sent? It was alarming.

Take care of my service needs in an honest way.
Couple suggestions:
- Better customer greeting upon entering service area INSIDE. Advisers all appeared too busy to even acknowledge me.
- Better discounts offered, especially for returning- loyal clients.

He was quicker than me!
Mario accepted my keys with a challenge- get my oil change and tire rotation done before I could finish the last 150 (or so) pages of my book, and I’m a decently quick reader. One donut and about 100 pages later Mario won when he came back smiling with my keys. Best service I’ve had- thanks Mario!

I have been coming to Hyundai for over 4 years now and the service has bee great. I must recommend that Mr Mario Macias be given some type of honors. Since becoming my rep, Mario has been nothing short of fantastic, informative and very respectful of my questions. He always finds the answers to my questions and keeps me up on everything that is going on with my vehicle. I cant say enough about Mario. Keep him!!!
