My experience at this dealership was excellent. The scheduling online was very easy. A reminder was emailed and texted to me. Once I arrived, I was greeted promptly to confirm my appointment time. I was then greeted by Mario Macias, who confirmed the type of service and the recommendations for service. I then received my service quote. I chose to wait for my vehicle. The waiting area was spotless. I received updates from Mario on the status of my vehicle via text along with what the tech had found as well as what recommended. I was able to chose what additional services I wanted along with estimates. Mario advised my vehicle was parked in front. The young lady who handled my payment was attentive, friendly and efficient.
All in all, this was a most pleasant experience from start to finish, which was an extreme change from the less than stellar service at the previous dealership I had been taking my vehicle to.
