They Suck.
UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It took a month to get this appointment. Left specific instructions on the most important fix my car needed for the appointment that needed to be completed first before any other problems were addressed. They fixed recalls and did an oil change, but NEVER fixed the original problem I came to them for. Keep in mind, anyone with even a little knowledge with cars would know that the original problem was something that if left alone would cause SERIOUS DAMAGE to my car. When I went to pick up the car and asked about the original problem the technician said they never put in the order to fix the problem I wanted fixed in the first place! Now they are telling me I have to wait a month to set up another appointment to fix the problem that I already waited a month to have fixed. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. To top it off, the advisor in charge of putting in the orders (the person who messed up) was extremely rude and tried to play it off as, his words, “something that happens” and that “I’m not the only one”??? THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. And when it does they should do their best to accommodate me and fix THEIR MISTAKES. Unaccountable. Bad customer service. Unprofessional. Long wait. High prices. DO NOT GO HERE.

Waited 4 hours for oil change and tire rotation
Very disappointed that I waited 4 hours coming in for an oil change and tire rotation. They asked if I wanted a recall completed. I asked how long it would take and was told 20-30 minutes. I would have never expected an oil change and tire rotation to take 3 1/2 hours when I made an appointment.

Head light
I work nights driving and my head lights went out. The next morning I called for a appointment to get it fixed. The service department told me to come in and they would take care of it. I was in and out with pine hour. Thanks you so much.

Disappointed
I came in for an oil change and to have two recalls taken care of. After inspection I was told I urgently needed a fuel injector flush. I rejected this knowing I had had it done in December 2020 and had only driven a thousand miles since then. When I asked about it I was told the technician did not inspect my vehicle. They just recommended it based on mileage.
This strikes me as predatory. I take my vehicle nowhere else. McGrath has record of all my services. But they can’t be bothered to look at it before making recommendations? Predatory cash grab. Disappointed to have had this happen. Oh and the emails I’m receiving continuing to recommend the flush are icing on the cake. Guess you can’t update your records to show it was rejected because it was done already. Even better.

Few concerns
Please make sure and give customer estimated time for service. Even if it’s not the correct estimate time. If customer have been waiting more than an hour 1/2.
