The service manager contacted me directly regarding the issues I had with a dirty front seat and the price of a map upgrade. She personally took care of the seat issue and also explained that the cost of a maps upgrade is beyond the local dealers control (i.e. a corporate decision). I certainly appreciate the quick response to my concerns and the amends - resolution. That's what I call responsive and great customer service. Thanks!

they marked on sheet car was washed and front vacuumed, it was not. dark circle on seat, like a can was placed there..wasn’t happy.
the cost of updating maps is ridiculous, pay $34,000.00 for a vehicle and they don’t update maps not even once. only two issues, everything else is always good and acceptable

A dear friend recommended Hyundai of St. Augustine. I knew she was very thorough and I was not disappointed. I felt no pressure to make a purchase, but very glad that I did! Her and my salesman, Jose, has returns any calls and every so often calls-just to make sure everything is fine. I received a good deal for my trade in. Decided to lease. Can always change my mind if I want. The service department is efficient, quick and very pleasant. I readily accepted their offer to wash and vacuum my car. The atmosphere of all the staff is professionally relaxed, and the place is always clean.
