THE Place To Service European Automobiles!
I have an antique 1995 Mercedes 320 SL. Although car only had 30,000 miles, it had been in my father's garage for (3) years and was driven <500 miles during that time period. It had several noticeable leaks...bottom line was it needed major work to replace gaskets and seals. All major services were completed AND Carmine's completely restored the convertible top hydraulic system. Their communication with me was excellent from start to finish. They provided pictures of items on car that needed attention...car dealers should visit Carmine's to see how a customer should be treated! I highly recommend Carmine's to keep your car(s) in excellent condition!

A bit sad
I always really liked and promoted Carmines but I feel like the price of little over 600$ was really high for a battery change.

Safe on the road in my favorite vehicle
The only shop I will ever take my 2013 Nissan Rogue S 2.5L 4 Cyl GAS QR25DE (with over 117,000 enjoyable miles on her odometer) to be maintained and serviced is to the highly skilled GENTLEMEN (they are THE BEST) mechanics who work at the shop that Carmine has built up over the past years — a shop that is highly respected and recognized not only in Kernersville NC but nationally. Due to the age of the Rogue (and the way I drive) there was some hefty work on hardware under the chassis where the rubber meets the road and keeps them attached and functioning and keep me safe, along with alignment and cooling along with the oil change/lube for which I made the appointment, this was one of the pricier appointments for this year but worth every penny. I want to keep the Rogue for many more years to not have to spend $$ on the new Expensive cars. And the Rogue is the best car I ever owned in my 58 years of driving and purchasing. The Rogue is just as spunky (!!!) now as it was when I purchased it used with only 21,000 miles on it.

Professional, efficient service on my Ford
After learning Carmine's Import Service doesn't ONLY service European Imports, I decided to give them a try on my Ford truck. From the initial drop off, the service team was responsive and answered all questions I had. The service was completed quicker than expected, and included a highly detailed "Digital Inspection Report" as they call it, a report with dozens of photos of the underside of my truck, pointing out anything that might need attention now or in the future. They even let me know about their numerous financing options, very thorough work, and professional. Highly recommend.

2007 Z4 BMW wouldn't start.
I had my car towed to Carmine's and paid $289 for a diagnostic test to determine the reason the vehicle wouldn't start even with a battery jump. After the diagnostics, they still didn't know for certain what the problem was. The suggestion was to pull the starter and replace, but this was just a guess. Even if it wasn't the starter, I would have had to pay for the labor and then what would come next. I had the car towed to another establishment in town and they found the problem in approximately 1 year...EWS Module was the problem.

Quick and thorough Inspection
Needed a leak inspected on the car nand they had the best rate I could find. The guys went above and beyond and did a detailed inspection of the entire car with pictures and video to compliment!

Very Thorough & Professional
I have been very impressed! I worked at Pennzoil Company for many years and have been in hundreds of car dealerships and independent service shops. I have never received a more detailed estimate and with pictures! Maxx kept in contact with me with updates via e-mail and telephone. I will definitely refer business to them.

Very impressed, and pleased!
While I have toyed with the idea of using this facility for some time, but now I can only kick myself for not using Carmine’s way before now. I talked about my issues, the bit of concern I had with the transmission flush, which was my thought in needing, as well as the other fluids I wanted to have flushed, and changed. After our talk, and the “borderline” the car (2017 BMW X3) was approaching, I decided to schedule the flushing as well. The little hesitation that appeared at various moments in a stop light acceleration, or coming of the ramp to enter the flow of traffic - only I might have noticed - is no longer there. This was a big relief! Secondly, was my engine cooling concern, which is now nonexistent because of the “flush”. The car engine is running much cooler. The prior week (06-18-25) on I-85 South going through Charlotte my temperature gauge was all-but reaching 250 in 84 degree O/Side temperature. On the following Tuesday (06-24-25) in 102 degree o/side temperature, running 80 mph thru Charlotte again, the needle was barely over the first mark!! While this might not mean much to another person, it definitely means a lot to me. I am very proud of these guys. I even sent pictures of my dashboard running 80, w/102 temps, with a cooler running engine. And while I had not changed the air filter at the time, it is now!
I suggest if you have a question stop by and ask. You will be spoken to in a manner you can understand, and not feel bad about asking. These are good people, providing excellent service, and fair prices.
