Excellent service and more
I was met instantly when I arrived for my appointment. They placed a protective floor mat in my car and encouraged me to enjoy a cup of coffee in the lounge. Said they’d have my Santa Fe finished as soon as possible. It didn’t take long at all and it was back around, having even been washed! I was surprised and pleased.

Frustration
My complaint is not with the service at Voss Hyundai. I am frustrated with a design feature. I brought my car in for service because my ESC light came on and remained on. The mechanic did attempt to recalibrate the sensor with the steering wheel but was unsuccessful. I was then told that the cost of repair may exceed $1500 because the entire steering column must be removed to access the sensor. I was told that it is safe to drive the car, but I will no longer have stability control. I am concerned that the loss of the stability control will greatly affect the value of my car, particularly because it had exceptionally low mileage for a nine-year- old car. . So much for trading it in for a new Venue.

Great Service!
I received outstanding service as usual at Voss Hyundai. Have regular maintenance done at this location as needed and they don't try to do services other than what is necessary. That is not always the case with other service providers. I will stay with what I know is a professional company and not have to guess if I am receiving excellent service and recommendations.
