Entirely satisfactory in every respect
Mine was simply a routine service visit at the 7,500 mile mark for my granddaughter's Tuscon. Work was done in a little over an hour while I read a book in the waiting room. Staff I interacted with were cordial and professional.

Recall and oil change
.Came in for for vehicles first oil change. They got me checked in, changed the oil and replaced a part that was subject to a recall. One hour and ten minutes later I was out the door. I was the first customer in line when they opened in the morning but that is still impressive.

compassionate and efficient
I was packed and ready to drive out of town on my day off to visit my daughter and her family...it was my grandson's birthday...my trunk would not latch...Brandon (service manager), Luke (service consultant), and I don't know the name of the technician...went above and beyond to help me, and I was able to still make the trip...I am beyond GRATEFUL!

Quick walk-in service
We were dropping off a car next door at the Chevrolet dealership and asked on a whim if we could get the oil changed, not really expecting it to be able to. However, they made a "right now" walk-in service appointment happen. The service was quick and friendly.

I have had two scheduled appointments and both took an hour of more. Shouldn't take over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.
