service could not be any better.
Even though I was from another state, I was treated like I was an old friend and a returning customer. Thanks for excellent service. Often, today, people only complain about bad service. We need to tell when we receive the best of service as well. I will also consider your dealership when I purchase my next Sonata. To me service is more important than the sale.

Friendly professional people who work in support of each other. Class act!!
I was made to feel special by both the sales and service department. This dealership appears to be very well organized and they know that the customer comes first. I had lost a Shell gas card in a car that I traded in......the card had been missing for a long time. The card was found as the car was being detailed for sale and I was contacted by the sales manager who offered to mail the card to me to save me the 10 mile trip to pick it up. On my way to a service appointment I found out that I had an air leak from a nail puncture. The service department, even though slammed with work, worked my tire repair into their schedule with a "no problem" attitude.

Fixed recall without any problems
Customer Service was fast and courteous .
However recalls should be distributed via email or hard copy . It should not be noted when something goes wrong with your vehicle.
