Job well done they were very up front about how many cars were in front of me. They still got the job done in a timely fashion due to the fact eight cars were ahead of me. They were very professional and forthcoming.

Be prepared to wait hours for service.
2 appointments, hours of wait time. Next time I want a loaner car. No other dealership has ever made me wait like this. And this was on a new car with 1600 miles on it.

I would like it noted that the Hyundai dealership in St. Augustine Owned by Andrew Defeo is the most accommodating and efficiently run dealership. The people working there are courteous and very willing to do whatever it takes to please the customer and keep them satisfied. Joseph the service manager is extremely knowledgeable and willing to please as well. This dealership should be rated #1. This dealership goes above and beyond to keep the customers satisfied.
