Kevin, the service advisor is the best, but the facility is terrible and I'm surprised Hyundai allow is. I bought my car from Burlington as I thought they weren't really a dealer of standing with such poor physical facilities.

It's easy to service your car even after you've purchased it!
They gently remind you of services needed.
Very polite and clean place to wait as well as a bottle of water and to watch the news comfortably!!

Kevin is the best!
I'm glad I got an opportunity to rescore my survey. If I had known that my rating reflected poorly on Kevin, I never would have given such a low score. I have to say, though, that my very, very low opinion of your service reservation site and the call center staff has not changed. No customer should ever have to waste a full day trying to book their car into service. It's exceptionally poor customer service!

Kevin is the best!
Much as I like my Sonata, I have to say that Kevin Heerspink is the biggest asset Rairdon's Hyundai has. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and considerate. It is always a pleasure to deal with Kevin directly.

fast and friendly
Although it was only an oil change the personal were friendly, and efficient. The oil change was done, fluid levels topped off the waiting time was minimal. I waited in the lounge because I knew I wouldn't have to wait that long.

I own a 2016 Genesis and am delighted Rairdon's can service it so I don't have to drive to Everett, WA. The people at Rairdon's are wonderful and friendly, it's easy to make an appointment with them, and they are very good at communicating.
My vehicle is in perfect condition thanks to Rairdon's periodic maintenance which requires nothing out of the ordinary. But I appreciate the fact that they check all major systems each time I bring the car in and it's such a superior brand that so far nothing has gone haywire. This is reassuring. All I can say is that periodic maintenance is made very easy and pleasant by Rairdon's. They are a great outfit.

Respectful of women
I am a woman and whenever I have been at Rairdon‘s, all the workers treat me with respect and actually listen to what I have to say. I don’t get the typical male responses of belittling or demeaning me because I am female. It’s really refreshing and their work is outstanding!
