Very polite and clean place to wait as well as a bottle of water and to watch the news comfortably!!
I'm glad I got an opportunity to rescore my survey. If I had known that my rating reflected poorly on Kevin, I never would have given such a low score. I have to say, though, that my very, very low opinion of your service reservation site and the call center staff has not changed. No customer should ever have to waste a full day trying to book their car into service. It's exceptionally poor customer service!

Kevin is the best!
Much as I like my Sonata, I have to say that Kevin Heerspink is the biggest asset Rairdon's Hyundai has. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and considerate. It is always a pleasure to deal with Kevin directly.

I am a woman and whenever I have been at Rairdon‘s, all the workers treat me with respect and actually listen to what I have to say. I don’t get the typical male responses of belittling or demeaning me because I am female. It’s really refreshing and their work is outstanding!
The young man who checks my car in each time I have service, is particularly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, funny. He’s perfect, really he is! I also love my car. It has been very reliable.

Someone apparently not at Hyundai told me as mentioned that the parts for my car were not in yet, until I called the parts department.
