Sales was great (Matt) and service is quick and easy

Bought an Edge ST here. Great sales staff, Matt was easy to work with. First car I got was Ecosport 4 cyl. Unable to go the speed limit on I90/15 (80 MPH) so had to return it. Wasn't the dealership's fault, they tried to rectify, but lost money on a car that Ford should not be selling. Ecosport will be great as soon as they put the turbo motor in it.
Anyway, had my truck and the Edge serviced here as well, super fast, easy to work with and a perfect alignment for my F350 with 255,000 miles! Totally happy.
So, when I finally get a replacement truck we'll be working on the money lost due to the Ecosport, but aside from that problem, Mike White has been great!

Everyone is very polite and professional. Also some of the service that was quoted to me, ended up not happening because it was needed after all, the honesty is amazing. Nice to pick up your vehicle and be told the cost is cheaper. Very knowledgeable, my wife had questions and the service rep had no problem answering her questions, even though it’s my truck. Overall this is the reason I have never taken my truck anywhere else to be serviced.

I feel like I was misled on a repair on my F150 my old pan was leaking and need a new gasket, I was told it would require a die through the system to determine if it was the oil pan, and it would take a day and possible over night, for an additional $69.00. I received a call an hour later and was told the analysis was done and I would have my truck by the end of the day. I agreed and received a call 4 hours later the truck was ready. I asked why and estimate of a day and an overnight it was done in 4 hours, I was told the tech just hustled. On my oil change in March I was told my rear right brake only had 3mm and recommended repair, on this visit it was 5mm, I feel misled and wont be back for repairs

Warranty Service

I was pleased with the warranty service for my door locks, although I had asked them to look at a tail light that had filled with water and they missed it....I've always had good service and friendly people and will continue to use Mike White. I realize stuff happens and that's OK...

Second visit

I am good with the care that we got from Mike White Ford. My only concern is that the service people need to be more specific about charges and what they will be. I asked about our cost for the services we had and the service department told me there would be no charges. I assumed they meant at all but then there was a $100 deductible. I understand that there is a deductible but I thought the services being performed were under the original manufacture warranty not our extended warranty. Which was the question I asked when dropping off the vehicle. So, they really need to be more specific.

Excellent Service Advisor

I am always treated with respect at Mike White Ford, but my last experience with service advisor Kevyn Erbe was exceptional.
I always end up feeling kind of like royalty when I bring my Ford in for servicing. How often does that happen in life? Kevin has such a professional, yet friendly, attitude that I remarked about it to my favorite (and the only...ha) shuttle driver, LouGene. She proceeded to tell me about all the schooling that Mike White Ford service advisors have to complete before becoming certified. Who would have thought? Yet, upon reflection, it makes sense and it shows.
You guys are great!
