Almost painless
Buying a car is always stressful but with Q and Amir it was nearly painless (the pain is paying for it!) Both Q and Amir were extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Q and our third Hyundai.

ONLY SHOP AT ANAHEIM HYUNDAI FOR YOUR NEXT VEHICLE
When you buy your first, new or use Hyundai don't shop anywhere else other than Hyundai of Anaheim - If you don't have time or you think its too far -- just wait. Trust me! Don't visit any other dealership unless it's Hyundai of Anaheim... all the others are just a waste of your time. My family and I found out the hard way.

The customer service you receive from the Anaheim staff is amazing. Tier 1. We first stop at Ontario Hyundai to look at new vehicles for my daughter, and from when you first arrived on the lot... It's lack lustering. Under construction, no where to sit, not many vehicles on the lot. And then you see the staff sitting in chairs like their on a Hollywood movie set. Looks stupid! Not to mention the customer service was deplorable. Salesmen knew nothing about the vehicles, lied about the equity we had in our trade-in. Didn't even try to find another vehicle at another lot. There's a quote: "The customer is why we are here. If we take good care of them, they'll give is good reason to come back." - Jenny McKenzie

Well... sorry this quote means nothing at Hyundai Ontario. It might as well be written on toilet tissue in their rest rooms -- because the customers don't mean sh@# to this team.

Take the time and the drive to Anaheim Hyundai, where you will be greeted by an awesome salesmen "Q" He has a warm smile, firm hand shake, and he looks you in the eye when you're explaining to him what you're looking for. He doesn't BS you with auto lingo or over complicating the deal. He's a man of his word. The other staff members are kind and respectful. My daughter found the car, we made the deal, and she drove away in a brand new vehicle. It felt good.

If you like salt in your wounds -- then be my guess and visit those other dealerships. You want fast, smart and reliable customer service -- go to Hyundai of Anaheim. Ask for "Q". I promise you -- you will be happy you did.

Great experience. Q located my Ioniq 5 Ltd (Gravity Gold Matte), and made sure I got it. Superlative job!
Attempting the impossible, Q was able to talk his superiors at Russell Westbrook, and at Hyundai of North America, into funneling the first 2023 Ioniq 5 Ltd (Gravity Gold Matte) to the dealership, and then
notified me, to enable me how to get it. I gladly flew from Las Vegas to Anaheim, picked up the car, and drove it home. Excellent work. Professional, and thorough.

As most shoppers research on what they are going to purchase, I narrowed down my pick to the 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited. They were one of the few dealers in town who had it. I was approached by Q in which I told him exactly what I wanted and let’s get the test drive out of the way so I can solidify my decision in which it did not disappoint. Q was great at explaining the vehicle and the features and was quick on getting the car prepped for delivery as the deal was made in a couple of hours!

Excellent inventory and friendly employees
I had a great experience with the Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim. I called in the morning to see if they had the car I wanted to come and look at. They did, so I drove down, test drove the car, and ended up loving it. The paperwork experience was very easy and seamless. I left with the car I wanted at a fair price. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to get into a Hyundai.
