Great Experience with Service Dept
Very courteous, knowledgeable staff. Came in for a software update, they also inspected my vehicle and were finished in the allotted time. Nice waiting area. My service rep thoroughly explained what they did, how the update works, and what they found in the inspection. He explained what it would cost to change fluids, and tires. No pressure, just very thorough, conscientious service. I felt good about the whole experience, fairly priced for all work quoted, will definitely be back,.

I have been doing business with Hyundai of Everett for around twenty years. I have always had great experiences with both the sales and service departments. Service department staff are friendly and always take care of the customer. They perform high quality work for a fair price. I am as happy with my last service as I was with the first car buying experience I had in the sales department twenty years ago.
