You go the extra mile to make your customers happy.
I took my car in for a oil change ( scheduled) and to fix the sunroof ( not scheduled). Our appointment was quick and efficient. And then the sunroof broke again as we were leaving town for the weekend. An 80 degree weekend. My husband ( the rational one!) called the service department and was on the phone with the Sales Manager asap. We left our contact info, and left for the weekend. As promised, Cliff called first thing Monday a.m., and arranged with me to come to my workplace to pick my car up to have it serviced. My car was delivered to me promptly and fixed correctly. Cliff was polite and friendly and went out of his way to not inconvenience me. I appreciate that! Of course I'll be back; why would I go anywhere else?! Christie Rush

Excellent place to device your car; my one and only suggestion is bulking weekend availability. Some customers just can't get in during the week, waiting for time availability on a Saturday can take a few weeks.
