My previous two service experience was not good (I did NOT get a survey for either of those appointments) after some discussion with the service manager I was nicely compensated for the wasted time and disappointment and I am now AGAIN very happy with Hyundai of Everett!

Best Treatment and Best Customer Service
I brought my wife's 2015 Santa Fe in for just an oil change and was Delighted by the Great Customer Service by Camry and James Wolfe. I was greeted by Camry and was quickly reassured that everything would be ready in just a short time. Not much later, James called my name and everything was done! He was Extremely Helpful and we talked like old friends! He is extremely knowledgable and answered Any and every question I had, with Honesty and Integrity! Upon receiving my wife's Santa Fe, it had been very well taken care of and was even Cleaner than when I had brought it in!
Thank you, James and Camry and the Caring Technician as well. Great Customer Service and a Great Experience!!!

I had assumed that once the recall service was completed, the warning icon [a triangle with explanation mark in center] seen on my dashboard would be turned off. That's what happened on the previous service - the icon was turned off because the required service had been completed.
