In and out in 30 minuets. Cheaper then jiffy lube and they don’t try and tell you to replace stuff that doesn’t need replaced yet.

Excellent customer service and Quality Work
I have been doing business with Hyundai of Everett for more than 16 years and I do not plan on taking my vehicles anywhere else. The staff are professional and customer focused, and they even offer complimentary beverages and snacks to customers. The facility is welcoming and clean, and even offers patrons free WiFi to use while waiting. The Mechanics and Technicians are fully trained, competent, and keep safety and quality as their top priority. I always have a great experience at this location and I highly recommend it to others.

Quick, polite service. James was great.
This was my first time at this dealer. Because of this, I had no idea what the process was and nobody have me guidance upon arriving. For example - It would have been helpful to have someone say whether to leave the keys in the vehicle and come to the counter.

The female employee that "checked me in" did not feel welcoming. She wasn't rude, but not friendly either.

James is always so helpful and friendly. I’ve also dealt with Camry who is also great. Devon (not sure if he’s still there) is excellent too. This dealership has always done a great job and I feel like they’ve never tried to talk me in to something I don’t need. They have my trust when it comes to servicing my vehicle.

I great service every time. Too bad your prices are getting so high. Your 90,000 mile checkup went from 495 to over 1000. So I am taking my car else where have it done. Its too bad. I have 2 cars from there. Makes me think I am maybe not buy from there.
