Surprise breakdown/Wonderful same day fix

After making a grocery pickup at local Walmart, inexplicably my 15 yr old Toyota Highlander would not turnover. All electricals seemed good, and even my own portable jump starter had no effect. AAA came, checked things out and even their jumper cables would not yield any bit of motor turnover. AAA then asked me to try again while they tapped the starter motor. Bingo the car started all on its own.
I had alerted Veryl’s via text what was happening, telling them I’d be driving in (or tow if necessary) once we knew our true situation. With engine running, AAA provided snapshot of their diagnostics, showing everything was good. I sent that info via text to Veryl’s.
So, while I was driving to their shop, Veryl’s ordered a new starter motor. It arrived within an hour of my arrival, and an hour after that, I was on my way home. Not THAT’S customer service!

Positive experience

An honest, family-owned auto shop that I’ve had nothing but great experiences with. Each time I’ve brought my car in, they’ve been friendly, accommodating, and more than fair with pricing. I needed a major repair before heading out of town for work, and they managed to squeeze me in last minute. I’m so glad to have this place nearby, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Great place for your car

Unexpected problem repaired quickly

I had an issue come up and called. Justin said to bring it for Monday. I dropped it off on Friday and had it back same day! They repaired my car. Luckily, it wasn’t major. They are fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Veryl’s.

Excellent service.

Veryl’s has been taking care of our family’s cars for several years. We are now into our next generation as our adult children have their cars by Veryl’s. Whether it’s a repair or routine maintenance, Veryl’s takes the time to talk with you. If it’s a repair job, they always call, explain what they identified as the problem, how they can fix and prove an estimate as to what the repair will cost. Their work is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Great service as always!

Justin provided amazing customer service and really helped me out by double checking a warranty I didn't even know about, saving me some precious cash in these trying times.

They also helped me by making the annoying noise from my car finally go away....very thankful for that!!

Veryl's is the only shop for me so long as I live in this region!

Routine Maintenance

Although my maintenance was routine (oil change and wheel alignment), the service was exceptional. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had the wheel alignment due to all the potholes this winter. I was given a print out with before and after corrections.. My bill also included my brake and tire measurements letting me know when upcoming replacements will be necessary. I trust their recommendations knowing they won’t do unnecessary work.

Generous, fast, friendly, convenient

Veryl's does small routine services fast and without appointments--like windshield wiper replacement, adjust clock for DST, check why the dashboard tire light or other light is on--and may charge only for parts, even if it takes a long time. Also offers complimentary drop-off and pickup to and from relatively nearby homes.

A review? They are a great business—-that cares.

Yep…great bunch of people that work there. I mention Jeff and Justin (no, I don’t think that your first name beginning with “J” is a requirement!). I’ve dealt with both J & J…professional personified. Not only friendly? Incredibly professional and easy to talk to…even if you’re not a “car guy” or “car guy”. I have had all our cars in there for everything from periodic maintenance (oil change, belts, state inspections)…but also for the “heavy duty” things like my Jeep, needing new fuel-tank shield and strapping! The great thing about them….at least this has been MY experience…they find something, they call…and already have solutions ready to brief me. And…their pricing is fair. If you need anything “car wise” give Veryl’s a shot…even if you want information at first. These gentlemen—and I’ve been around…the world and up and down the east coast (I’m retired with five decades combined Navy Officer and retired federal LEO), I easily recognize people quickly, who have integrity , credibility. They are approachable, honest, and fair! I don’t believe that someone with “car issues” can go wrong….give these guys a call!

Fantastic

Brought in my daughter's VW big. They found a barrette in the channel which fixed the issue with the seat not moving forward. AND rather than replace the entire expensive windshield washer reservoir we have a simple work around. $85
