Rock solid in it's service department.

Fast, efficient, friendly
I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. I didn’t even get out of my car and a kind gentleman opened the door for me and guided me where to go. As a new customer who just moved here this was far superior than the service I received at the Hyundai service center I have been going to for the past 3 years. Key Hyundai in Jacksonville Fl. Does not greet their customers. You are a number there and have to wait in line to be served. I will be purchasing my next car at this dealership.

I arrived on August 25th without an appointment due to an issue I was having with my trunk not opening. I was treated no differently than someone with an appointment. The service staff was very accommodating and provided me with prompt and professional service.

I'm Patricia's husband, Nick, I took the car for it's first service with Hyundai of St. Augustine and was duly impressed with the pleasant greeting form the service person who took my information and directed me to the waiting room also informing me of beverages available inside. I hardly had time to settle into my seat when I was informed by another very pleasant person our vehicle was done. Done not only did they service the vehicle but they took time to wash the exterior and vacuum the interior, and I was on my way. KUDOS to you all a well run and clean facility.
