Friendly staff, service tech not mindful of clean up leaving old oil sitting on lower splash guard. Left oil spot on my garage floor.

I am sorry to hear that your vehicle was not properly cleaned after the reseal of the timing cover. I would be more than happy to send over one of my employees to clean that. We have a special degreaser that will remove the residue. Please contact me if we can do that for you.

Lackluster service
Had to have sagging headliner repaired on my 2016 vehicle. I had my vehicle detailed and service day prior to bringing it in. Received my car back to find feet prints thought my hole vehicle. The from and back windows covered in the glue tar they repaired with. They broke my visor bolt and told me they had to order a new one and would call once it arrived. We are now at 3;weeks since the job and not a callog any kind. To verify is my roof headliner had arrived I had. To call myself. This has been very lackluster service.

Same problem needs fix for the 3rd time,

I am very to hear that a Woodhouse emblem was installed on your vehicle without your knowledge. The confusion might be in that if you approved the installation of Woodhouse license plate frames for a discount in services the emblem is part of that. None the less I will be more than happy to have that removed. Please stop in at your convenience.

I appreciate the 4 star survey dispite the less that perfect service experience you describe in the comments. Please allow us to remove any residue left by the badging. If getting back to us is a problem you should be able to remove it with simple rubbng alcohol. I apoligize for your wait time. We pride ourselves in completing oil change services with 1 1/2 hours including our complimentary car wash. I cant explain the reason for you delay. Friendly, Fast, and Efficient Service
I arrived early for my scheduled service appointment for 3 different recalls outstanding on my vehicle. I was immediately greeted by the service associated who spelled out for me the time it would take to accomplish the services. I was then directed to the customer waiting lounge. While there, the service representative came up once to check and see how I was doing and updated me on the progress with the services being performed. Upon completion of the services, the service rep covered the services which had been accomplished, as well as informing me of one item which was not completed due to lack of parts. The initial time estimate was accurate and I was on my way as scheduled. Everyone I encountered was friendly and the service I received was excellent.

Good Customer Service and Timeliness
I took my car in for an oil change at 7:30 am to leave my car there all day and pick it up after work. The chauffeur service driver was very friendly and professional and even offered to pick me up on my lunch hour instead of waiting until the end of the day. Even before he drove me to work, my car was done with the oil change and was going through the car wash, so they were very time efficient (took 30 minutes or less). Though the oil change cost about $10 more than the place I used to go, I appreciated the friendliness and the car wash/vacuum and will come back again for future car repairs.
