Thank you for the 4 star survey. The burning odor you most likely are smelling could be coming from your exhaust. Occasionally due to the close proximity of the area to be undercoated to the exhaust some could get on it. It should burn off.  If it is still a problem after a week please contact us.

Part ordered accidentally cancelled.
It is not easy to talk to someone or leave a message in service. It takes several calls. The service staff is great, it's just trying to get through. The fact they cancelled my seat belt order, was a concern. Since I had no seat belt for over 2 months. It was my first time to go to woodhouse hyundai for service of this kind. Never had these issues with Olsen or Baxter.

There is nothing special about this location. I do feel the Hyundai dealer prior to Woodhouse represented Hyundai better.

They seemed quite friendly and thorough in looking at my car's issues. Communication was good. Be aware that they are at a temporary location, and you need to find out exactly where to go when you make an appointment.

Fantastic Service
They noticed my car was leaking oil after my service from a fresh oil spot in the parking lot. They called around until they found it out was my car, had it picked up, fixed the problem, and then drove my vehicle back to me. Grade A service. Majority of other service departments would not have noticed the oil spot on their parking lot, much less tracked down whose vehicle it was. Highly recommend them!
