Amazing Customer Service
I took my Hyundai Tucson in to be serviced and check an issue I felt would be insignificant. I was there about an hour and a half when my service man came to let me know my transmission needed to be replaced! I panicked, thinking of the expense of the repair and a rental vehicle. James immediately let me know that it was under warranty and they would also cover my rental. Not only did James get my rental covered, he made sure it was a vehicle which allowed for my service dog and wheel chair or walker that I need at times. I am so incredibly thankful. I cannot say enough great things about Wesley Chapel Hyundai’s Service Department. They are a team of highly knowledgeable people who place customer service first!

Service department used to be Over and Beyond Exceptional when we first purchased our vehicles. Think they need a tune up to remind them that part of what makes Hyundai so great, is the service.

Finally got it right
After many visits to the dealership to get my side mirrors working properly, they finally got it righr. I had been driving 45 minutes to get there each time. They told me the part was reday when it wasnt.
To make it right, they drove up here, left me a car to drive, and drove my car down to fix. Then cleaned it and drove it back.
They have some communication issues within the service department, but they took responsibility and took care of me. Well done.

I always get first class treatment when being serviced.
I was there about 2 hours but I had expected that because I HAD 4 TIRES PLACED AND BALANCED PLUS ANOTHER MAINTENANCE JOB AND OIL CHANGE.

Up sell services not needed
We changed both filters ( engine and cabin) day before the service and the service team came back with recommendation to change the filters saying they were dirty. This is 2nd time happening and never come back again.
