Not impressed
Took my car for service - oil change - 1st time there - used to take car for service to another dealership. The other place washed and vacuumed car, so I was dissappointed that you didn't do it. Not sure I will come back unless they start giving the extras.

Latest Service Visit
I have always receive excellent service from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and this last visit was no exception. I came in for a $200 60,000 mile service and when it was all done, the service cost over $800.00. I really like my Genesis (this is the third one I have owned)and regularly promote the quality of the car and how inexpensive it is to service. I will be rethinking the promotion of the brand since this last service.

Called and got great and friendly lady who made an appointment that was convenient for me . On the day of my appointment I got received friendly and efficient service from James. They treated me well and I had a better than expected wait time .

oil change and tire rotation
I was greeted immediately by James who wrote up my work order. He was very helpful and professional. I had come for an oil change and tire rotation and was satisfied with the work done. On the work order the mechanic listed all he had done and I was very pleased for the info. I always get good service when I go to this car dealer.

Always a pleasure
Anytime I need maintenance done on my vehicle Wesley Chapel Hyundai goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Everyone is positive, helpful and pleasant to deal with, even the staff who are not in charge of my order that particular visit. If I find myself standing around people always go out of their way to ask if I need assistance and all the service managers and staff are aces in my book based on all my experiences, including the day I bought my car there. I'll never get my car serviced anywhere else and I continually recommend this location whenever I encounter someone with automobile needs.

Great sales experience; not sure about service
Tire pressure after service was btwn 38 and 41 psi. Over inflated. Seems careless to me.

Thank you for your response, Michael! We appreciate your business and feedback :) We totally apologize about the tire pressure fill issue, that was not our intention. We usually inflate the tires to 35 PSI especially in the cold months to avoid continuous low tire light scenarios since the systems are very sensitive to pressure changes. I will talk with the technician and see if his tire gauge needs to be re-calibrated and address the problem at hand with the fluctuation in pressures. For the issue, I have notated your account with a complimentary tank of gas for a future visit with no expiration. I hope James was great with you otherwise and provided you with 5 star service, this does reflect him as well.
