Fantastic customer service

I have been coming here for many years and the service never disappoints. They work with you and try to accommodate your needs to the best of their ability which makes all of the difference in choosing to come to the dealership vs an outside independent shop. Matt and his father in-law from the service department are the only honest/genuine people on the floor.

After purchasing/leasing a brand new 2013 Genesis, it turned out to be a lemon under the California lemon law. While going through the purchase process, I was treated like a "friend". As soon as the vehicle was brought in because of the issue that made it a lemon, I began getting treated like a mishap. If it wasn't for Matt in service, I probably would have consulted a lawyer to find out my rights as a consumer. I was sold a lemon, and was treated as though it was my fault.

I was very satisfied and pleased with the Service I received. The cost was high but Javier- Customer Service did everything he could with discounts and coupons to bring my cost down. He went a little beyond and that was much appreciated. I also have had excellent service and assistance with Javier (different person) in the Parts Department/Cashier, he is very helpful and goes out of his way to assist you. Great Employees...

Clear communication, excellent service.

They explained everything clearly, performed all the work discussed, kept me informed, delivered on time, and the improvement in the ride and performance of my car was better than I had expected. Larry described the work extremely well. And the mechanics really did a great job.

Excellent Customer service

Best car customer service I have recieved on any car I have owned. They complete service as promised or faster and always call me to give me an update (if needed) or when the car is complete. REally appreciate their promise to do it right the first time.

The Service Techs are all talk. They act all nice and sweet talk everyone. However , they really don't do all they promise. I don't care for all that. I just want good service and promptness.
