TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I knew I was in trouble when I made an appointment for a RECALL and the girls asked, "That's all you want? No oil change or anything?" I used the night drop and the guys in sales told me to park my car as close to the door as possible because first in first out. The RECALL consisted of checking three nuts on the transfer case for torque. I had to call three times and eventually was told by my service writer, you know the guy who wasn't making any money off me, at 4:30 the car hadn't been even been started yet. I got it back at 6 pm. Do you think I believe you treat your paying customers any differently?

Recalls are released by the manufacturer and the dealers are paid directly by HMA to complete the work on your car, Atlantic always confirms all work prior to a customer coming in to make the service visit is as efficient as possible. Oil change at Atlantic Hyundai
Brought my 2016 Tuscon in for my first free oil change and spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for it.
I don't think I spent that much time buying the car.

1 year service
1 year service on a lease should cost less and oil changes should be free since this is my 7th car since 1996 plus 3 Santa Fe with my partner.I would have to say I'am more than just a regular customer.I always speak well of Hyundai and Atlantic Hyundai.All cars from Atlantic.

Lost My Car Service Paperwork - Wouldn't Release My Car to Me
A horrible experience. I live about 80 miles from the Dealership's Service Dept. Brought my car in for a factory recall notice and oil change, and received a loaner vehicle to use. Called the Service Dept and spoke to Rich. Paid for the oil change over the phone, and Rich said I could pick up my car anytime. If I arrived after the Service Dept had closed, I could pick up my car in the Sales Showroom at the "Podium". Well, I arrived 15 minutes before the Service Dept closed and spoke to the Cashier, "Rebecca". Although her computer system showed my car as ready to go and no pending charges, she wouldn't release my car to me because she had no paperwork at hand. I related to her that "Rich" (her Manager) said he would leave my paperwork at the Podium - Rebecca didn't bother to check with the Podium staff and instead began calling other people she knew. After 20 minutes of waiting for her to locate the paperwork, I insisted Rebecca contact the Podium staff and ask them to look for my paperwork - I shouldn't have had to ask her to do that a 2nd time. Rebecca tried calling Rich and also the Service Dept Mgr, Tim, to get guidance - no one returned her calls. After this 45 minute event, I asked for the return of the loaner vehicle, and used it to return back home. Due to my work requirements, I wasn't able to return until the following week to pickup my car, successfully, after a couple of calls back to Rich. This was an unnecessary way to treat me as a customer, especially after having driven 160 miles round trip; after having paid for my oil change in advance; after listening to "Rebecca" tell me she had my car and showed it as being clear of any other charges, but that she couldn't release it to me....

Waste of time
I've complained about my cars performance and all I get in response is that this is how the car was built. For it to have issues with the idle and with torque. That to me is unacceptable. Of course the car is operational but it all comes down to assurance and dependability. To buy the same car twice in two years and every car I've gotten had some issue. I'm sorry hyundai but keep it real you don't care for your customers.

The appointment for my oil change was made by dealership at time of purchase for three months I didn't know that the manufacturer recommended six months or 7500 miles but the dealership definitely knew this so this service was unnecessary and it used up my free oil change. When I arrived I was handled efficiently. Car was serviced and I went to desk to sign receipt. I was not told how to get my car so I asked and was told to go out the doors from service area so I did. I asked how I got my car and was told someone would be right with me. Five to ten minutes later I finally asked someone where my car was and he said sorry and got my car. Car was not cleaned like their other dealership. Next time when my car reaches six months or 7500 miles I think I'll use their other dealership Advantage Hyundai.
