Service Adviser John Grosso made all the difference.
From the time that I booked my appointment, through making sure my repairs were done in a timely manner; My service adviser, John Grosso, made me feel that I was well taken cared of. Not only did he advise me the best time to bring my car in on this particular day, but he took the time to reach the service staff and find out the status of my repair, so as not to have me wait longer than I should, The new coffee/ snack area is also a welcome change, as it provides a nice place to wait for my service to be completed.
